Cannot download custom proteomics data

Hello, I was trying to use custom download. When proteomics dataset was selected among others, it would not be included in the downloaded file. If proteomics dataset was the only thing selected, it constantly showed “unexpected error”. Please help! Thank you.

Greetings, I am also experiencing the same issue. I checked whether my GOI/POI are present in the proteomic dataset with data explorer. Although only two cell lines (in one lineage) were in the plot, they are nonetheless there. I would also greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you!

This clearly sounds like an issue that a developer will need to follow up on. We’ll investigate and update once we have a fix.
