Wrong cell counts in Sequencing WGS (Broad)?

I downloaded the file “mutations_NAsdropped.csv“, and I discovered that there is totally 1955 cell_line_display_name. However, the recorded Sequencing WGS (Broad) is 1095. So, what is the discrepancy between cell_line_display_name and real recorded cell number?

Hi,

DepMap’s current mutation calls are aggregated from both WGS and WES data. We are no longer actively doing WES, but there are historic cell lines for which only WES data is available.
