I downloaded the CRISPRGeneDependency file and used the model file to map the Model ID (e.g., ACH-000001) to the Cell Line Name (e.g., NIH:OVCAR-3).
Now, I need a way to map the Cell Line Name to the BioPortal Cell Ontology because I need to determine the source cell line of each cancer cell. If anyone knows of a method or resource for accomplishing this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance
