How can the sgRNA in the CRISPRInferredGuideEfficacy file be mapped to the Model ID?

In the 24Q2 data release, I would like to find the Model ID for each sgRNA in the CRISPRInferredGuideEfficacy.csv (Data | DepMap Portal).

Is there a mapping file available that I can use to obtain the Model ID for each sgRNA? Thank you!

I’m afraid I don’t understand the question.

All models were infected with sgRNAs in a given library, so I’m unclear what you mean by which Model ID corresponds to a sgRNA.

Could you provide more details for what you’re looking for?
