Is the data explorer v2 UI code available somewhere so I can run it locally on my pc and try to play with it to add some of my own features?
We are planning to shortly release the code for data explorer, however, it requires quite a bit of setup to get running and data loaded. Once the code is released, that’ll be a first step, but I’m not sure things will be in a state where I’d recommend people try to run it locally on day 1.
However we do offer an option to load data from a CSV via the “plot from CSV” button:
That will let you upload data you may for use in plotting and comparing with other features from the DepMap datasets.
