Hi there, I was wondering wether there is an option to upload own cellline drug sensitivity data and use the depmap tools for analyses in context of gene expression and genomic background.

Hi Randolph,

The Data Explorer tool allows you to upload your own CSV files for analysis. You can also use the Custom Analysis tool to compare your own data to select datasets available on the DepMap portal.
