Dear DepMap,
In the Gandhi et al Nature publication from 2019, there is mention of somatic mutation calling from RNA-Seq. I am unable to find that information on DepMap or the CCLE home page. Is this mutation data available anywhere? Thank you,

Hi,

Mutation calls from RNAseq had been dropped since our 22Q4 release, and is now considered legacy data. To access it, you could go to the “DepMap Public 22Q2 (or any release prior)” tab and download CCLE_mutations.csv. There is a column specifically for mutations called from RNAseq.
