Problem loading perturbation effect 'explore relationship' pagefor specific genes

Hello,

I’ve been having problems viewing the ‘explore relationships with other data’ page for specific genes for over a month. I’ll get the page with the “loading” icon, but nothing ever loads:

This only happens (repeatedly) for select genes (example here: FXN).
I’m using a chrome browser.

Could you help me understand what the issue might be?

There appears to be an issue with the url that button takes you to for some genes. This is clearly a bug in the portal and if you select this feature manually in the UI, it seems to work fine. I’ve added this to the development queue to investigate, and we’ll update once we have a fix.

However, in the mean time, one can workaround to by going to data selector directly.
