Prism secondary drug screening unable to download (google cloud access denied)

Hi DepMap team,

Looks like we are all unable to download the PRISM secondary drug screening results. My error message is “google cloud access denied”.

Could you please help solve this issue? Thank you so very much.

Yes, you are completely correct. We appear to have that file set misconfigured and I’ll file a bug for the dev team to correct the permissions.

In the mean time you can download this fileset from figshare directly at PRISM Repurposing 20Q2 Dataset

This got triaged initially as “important but not urgent” because the data was still accessible on figshare. Unfortunately by not being labeled urgent, it got lost in a pile of other “not-urgent” tasks. The intention was to fix it long before now.

Regardless, as of this morning, it has finally been fixed.
