mutations tab not showing oncogenic alterations, filters & sorting not working

Hi.

Please take a look at the overview tab for HCT15. Make note of any gene, say, ARID1B.

Now switch to the Mutations tab. Do Ctrl-F and search for any gene from the Overview tab; it’s not there. Type a character in any of the search boxes, and all the data disappears. Try sorting any of the columns.

Thanks for reporting this.

Yes, some recent changes broke the sort and filtering on columns containing links in our tables. We’ve made a fix which is in our dev branch now, and should be pushing out an update for this soon.
