My lab noticed that it is not easy to figure out the types of expression markers on the cell lines available. Does anyone know how to identify these markers, for example I am looking at breast cancer and I would like to know if it’s Her2+ or not. Thank you for your help!

In the upcoming release, we’ve added back two legacy fields we hope will solve this issue: “LegacySubSubtype” and “LegacyMolecularSubtype.” These will be available both in Data Explorer and in the downloadable Models.csv metadata file.
