Fusion detection on hg19

I want to know the fusion result based on hg19 reference genome. Could you please tell me which version of CCLE data should I use?

Sorry for the late reply - we are currently generating fusion calls based on hg38 aligned bams only, so I’m afraid we don’t have what you are looking for.
