Hi - I’ve been using the custom analysis tools without problem for other datasets but doesn’t seem to work for most variables in the Omics Signatures Public. So WGD status, aneuploidy score etc can’t be used as the data slice/input variable.
Any help is appreciated.

I’ve confirmed that I can reproduce the bug you reported and have done some initial investigation. The cause isn’t immediately obvious, but with an example of how to manifest this failure I suspect getting to the root cause will be fairly straightforward.
I’ve filled this as a bug for a developer to investigate further and fix.

Some good news: After reproducing this on the portal, I checked in our dev environment (which contains our next release, which is tentatively scheduled to go out on Monday) and it was working there. I believe this should be addressed when the new release goes out.
