Is there a possibility to download the “Top Co-dependencies” Pearson correlation coefficients of the CRISPR screen which can be searched for each gene on the depmap portal web page?
If you into data explorer you can show Pearson correlations there (top left checkbox) and then click the bottom left “Download” button.

Thanks. It worked. Would it be also possible to download pre-computed associations from many genes at once (instead of selecting each gene separately)?
