Dear All,
DepMap datasets are invaluable and I believe we need an active user group to have Weekly/Monthly meetings to share/exchange our knowledge and experience. If I get 5 positive responses I will start the user group.

Drug_sensitivity_IC50_Sanger_GDSC1.csv
Drug_sensitivity_IC50_Sanger_GDSC2.csv
the IC50 values are negative ?
I’ve been using DepMap for more than 5-6 years but never realized/looked at community forum before. I was only brought here via a new email notifying me about new topics to the forum, including this one. I would very much love a DepMap group with active discussion to share/exchange information because of how powerful DepMap is.
