My question is what’s the technique of the acquisition of these drug sensitivity data, like if they have a fixed concentration for the drugs and a specific method for handling the cells. Moreover, since I have read your team’s paper, you calculate the fold change of the treatment group and the control group as sensitivity indicator, however in this data I see both positive and negative data are present. Are they standardized FCs? And What is the minimum value that I can consider as indicating sensitivity to the drug? Yes, it is currently difficult to find the corresponding documentation for datasets that appear in custom downloads. In the next update of the portal we’re adding a link from the dataset to the corresponding documentation in the downloads page.
