The option of ovarian adenocarcinoma has disappeared from the disease subtype list. Unless I am looking in the wrong place, I can no longer find this option.

We have standardized our cancer lineage descriptions to align with Oncotree (http://oncotree.mskcc.org/#/home). This means some of our codes have become more granular. We no longer have adenocarcinoma as a lineage for ovarian cancers. Is there a specific subtype of ovarian cancer you are looking for?

Would it be possible to download the mapping table containing the relationship between cell line and the new cancer lineage description somewhere?
