This question was already asked here by someone but I wasn’t satisfied with the answer unfortunately…
I have downloaded the CTRPv2.0_2015_ctd2_ExpandedDataset file, I want to use the AUC as the measure of drug response, the AUC levels range from 0 to 30 and I have a hard time interpreting those, in the linked topic this was the answer : “For normalization, you can divide the CTRP AUC values with the corresponding maximum dose for each compound.” but I can’t find the maximum dose for each compound in the dataset and I wonder if there is a way to interpret those values as they are.
