Hi there,

I’m using the R depmap package to access the data. Using the function depmap_copyNumer() results in the wrong table…not getting the copy number datay…I think it is the metadata table…so maybe wrong linked.

Hello,

We’re aware of the R depmap package, but it actually is developed independently by people outside of the DepMap project. If you’re experiencing problems with the package, I’d recommend contacting the authors of the package.

Alternatively, you always can download the data directly from the portal in CSV form and load it into R from there.
