Compound treated log fold changes cell lines

I am looking to compare cancer cell lines expression change with the cell lines treated with compounds.

1.For cancer cell lines gene expression data(log 2 transformed), is normal cell line data available?
2.Does this portal have log fold changes of genes when cell lines are treated with compounds? I couldn’t’ find both these data after exploring.

  1. Our collection of models does include some fibroblasts and I believe we’ve collected expression data from those lines.
  2. No, we don’t measure expression post-compound-perturbation. If that’s what you’re looking for, you may want to take a look at the Connectivity Map data.
