Hi, it possible to download the TOP100 co-dependencies for a certain gene in the whole bulk of cell lines. However, is it also possible to download the same thing for a selection of cell lines (i.e. the ones I selected with the lasso tool in the graph above)?

No, we don’t presently have any bulk download capability.
However, there’s a related conversation over at Down load of co-dependencies where I posted a script to compute these in bulk from the downloadable data.
