Hello - various genes (e.g. KMT5A, ITPRID2 & FAM241A) are in the gene expression dataset but not in the celligner data (i.e. Celligner_aligned_data.csv). Could someone explain why these drop out, please?
It appears that these genes are not included in the tumor dataset we used in the analysis (taken from (UCSC Xena)). I’m not sure why that would be, but my guess would be small differences in the reference gene builds used.
