When I use the Cell Line Selector, the “Data type” in the “Add a data column” section keeps showing “loading” and has remained this way for over a week. How can I resolve this issue?
I suspect this may be stemming from the portal update last week. I’ll ask a developer to investigate and I’ll update you once I have more information.

A developer has reproduced this issue and prepared a fix which they are working on deploying.
It appears this happens when launching Cell Line Selector from the home page, however, there is another way you can launch it which avoids this issue.
If you open Context Manager:
At the bottom is a “Create new with Cell Line Selector” button:
and here the “Add a data column” button works as normal:
That workaround should avoid the problem and I expect the fix for the link on the home page will be fixed before long.
