Custom upload "cell line not found error"

Hello,

I am trying to upload custom data using the data explorer. I followed the instructions and uploaded a CSV file with one column with the cell line name and another with the data I am trying to upload. Unfortunately, I get the error “Cell line not found”. The cell line column values, however, are A549, HUH7, COLO829, LC2AD, and PANC1 … all of which I can find in the cell line explorer with those names? I even have a custom list with those lines specifically. Can someone explain how to fix this error? Thanks!

Can you try again using DepMap IDs? (The IDs starting with “ACH-…”) I believe these are what it’s expecting. I think it’s possible we might have logic to try the cell line name as well, but not 100% sure. DepMap IDs should work however.
