Hi DepMap Team, Is it possible to download the the binary mutation status of all genes per cell line? This data would match Mutation Public 20Q3. Similar to the data from CCLE (CCLE_MUT_CNA_AMP_DEL_binary_Revealer.gct). Thanks in advance.

We don’t plan to release a binary file containing both mutations and CNAs, but we plan to include a version with only mutations in an upcoming release. -thanks

Can we know which variant annotations or cutoffs are used to derive the binary mutations and their details (hotspot, damaging, other non-conserving) that we see on the data explorer tool?
