Was OmicsAbsoluteCNGene.csv discontinued after 24Q4? If so, what’s the recommended replacement for absolute copy number data? Thank you!

Hi,

OmicsAbsoluteCNGene.csv, which was generated using PureCN, has been discontinued since 24Q4. We are actively evaluating a new algorithm for absolute copy number calling, and are hoping to release it to replace PureCN in the upcoming future. In the meantime, relative copy number (OmicsCNGeneWGS) is the only copy number file that we are actively maintaining.
