Sample ACH-002315 in the CRISPR_gene_effect_Chronos.csv file can not be found online and is missing in the associated Sample_info.csv file for the 21Q1 release. Does anyone know which cell line this sample belongs to?
This is SCC90, AKA UPCISCC090. It appears to be a complicated case. This line was found to be a duplicate of ACH-001227 and merged to it. This line was also present in the Project Score dataset, but wasn’t changed there. This is why it shows up in the combined (default) CRISPR gene effect matrix. We’ll correct this for the next release.
