Under the PatientSubtypeFeatures field metadata found in “model.csv“ file, TP53 mutations are only noted for cell lines from myeloid or lymphoid cancers. That seems unusual considering the prevalence of TP53 mutations in solid tumors. Many of the solid derived cell lines in the expression data are known to carry TP53 mutations. However, the metadata only mentions TP53 mutations for certain blood derived cell lines. The PatientSubtypeFeatures field is described as “Aggregated features known for the patient tumor”.
What is the criteria for data to be included in the PatientSubtypeFeatures field?
