Ploidy data for cell lines

Hello,

Where can I find ploidy info for CCLE cell lines? This is the only table I know of that includes ploidy information, but it’s from 2019. Do you have a newer version somewhere? I want to calculate AbsoluteCNV from the RelativeCNV table for all cell lines, not just for those that are available in the linked Absolute XLSX from 2019.

Unfortunately we don’t have that in the public portal at the moment. We are currently working on generating ploidy information using PureCN on our data and hope to release it in the future. Please stay tuned!
