I was going through RAF1 variants in the latest release and found out that seems to me there are few labeled as OncogeneHighImpact = TRUE, but I do not find them in OncoKB. Could you please advice me on this matter? Thank you in advance!

OncogeneHighImpact is defined by if a variant is an Oncogene in OncoKB and has VepImpact == HIGH. The “high impact” part is predicted by VEP, not from OncoKB’s curation, which is why you might not see them on OncoKB.
