Clarifying the Criteria for Identifying Oncogenic Alterations in DepMap Cell Line Data

Hi!
I’ve been exploring the DepMap portal, specifically the page for a cell line (e.g., ACH-000328), and I’m intrigued by the section on “Oncogenic Alterations.”
In my attempt to replicate this data collection, I filtered the Mutations dataset for genes where the ‘Likely LOF’ (Loss of Function) column is marked as TRUE. However, I noticed that the number of genes I’ve identified significantly exceeds the number listed on the website.
Could you please help me understand if there are additional criteria or filters applied in the process of determining which genes are listed under “Oncogenic Alterations” on the DepMap portal?
Thank you!!
