Some columns described in https://storage.googleapis.com/shared-portal-files/Tools/[DMC%20Communication]%2022Q4%20Mutation%20Pipeline%20Update.pdf are missing, e.g. Driver, LikelyDriver, LikelyGoF, etc.

We updated our mutation annotation/filtering pipeline in 23Q4 and removed columns that were not well defined. Please refer to our new documentation here: https://storage.googleapis.com/shared-portal-files/Tools/23Q4_Mutation_Pipeline_Documentation.pdf.

Thanks for the info. When I first pulled up the 23Q4 PDF, it did not differ from the previous one.

@Timothy_Wall are you able to view it now? The 23Q4 pdf is formatted similarly to the 22Q4 version, but the link should take you to the 23Q4 version.
