the second question is when I enter CCLE website， there is no searching button，then I should enter Depmap website, is the data of CCLE only could be found in Depmap website?
Correct, the present CCLE website only describes the CCLE project. If you want to look up data, you should go to the DepMap website. We’ve loaded the previously generated CCLE data there along with newly generated data.
