How is co-dependency determined and scored?

Does anyone know how co-dependency hits are determined in DepMap and how are they scored?

“Codependency” is scored by Pearson correlation.

I don’t thnk that we have a cut-off on correlation anywhere that we report co-dependency, but instead we report the “top-n” correlated profiles.
