I am getting the following error when trying to download drug sensitivity and crispr data using custom download for particular model. Please help me resolving this issue.
Why I try and reproduce this issue, I get a different error, but there’s clearly something wrong with the download service. I’m investigating this and will update this thread when I have more information.
I traced the problem back to a configuration mistake in last week’s update.
This has been fixed and I’ve verified that custom downloads is working again the way it used to.
