Do the values in CCLE_RNAseq_reads_v2.csv represent raw count data or normalized count data? I observed the presence of floating-point numbers within the dataset

Hi,

I am assuming you are referring to this file from the 20Q2 release. These are non-normalized expected counts from RSEM instead of raw counts, which is why there are floats.
