Differences between the 21Q4 and 22Q1 Achilles_gene_effect CSV

Hi, I noticed that the values are different between Achilles_gene_effect.csv files taken from 22Q1 v/s 21Q4. Eg. For OMA1 (115209) gene and ACH-000527 sample, the 22Q1 value is -0.067529, whereas in the 21Q4 file it is -0.101954. Please could you let me know if there were processing changes between these two versions?

The Achilles datasets did not have a major processing change from 21Q1, but each dataset will have slightly different values as more lines are included. The gene effect estimates in each line depend on all the other lines.
