Hello everyone, I wanted to clear a confusion regarding depmap’s call for cancer models initiative. As it seems an open call to submit cancer models, i was wondering, if the characterization and screenings on the cancer models are done free of cost by broad institute or do they charge for it? I would really appreciate a quick response. Thank you.

When contributing a model to DepMap, we would handle any costs associated with profiling and screening the model. However, we cannot guarantee that a line will complete a screen.
