Hi, thank you for providing the valuable dataset about the CRISPR-Cas9 screening.
I have a simple question about the future dataset.
Do you plan to add the omics data, like CCLE, after CRISPR screening?
Although there is a cell viability dataset, I wonder about the difference in gene expression or other genetic features of cancer cell lines after screening.
If they already exist, please let me know.
Thanks!
Yes, I agree, such data would be interesting. However, it is also a very expensive dataset to generate, as we’d really want the expression measured separately for each perturbation.
At this time, I don’t believe we have any plans for releasing any omics characterization data post-CRISPR perturbations.
Thanks,
Phil

Thank you for your kind reply.
I completely understand the constraints you’re facing right now.
I hope that one day this kind of dataset will be made public.
Thanks
