Cell viability data

Hello,
I would like to know how can I retrieve the cell viability data based on RNAi or CRISPR in human lung cancer cell lines? What does ‘Effect Size Means Difference’ mean in the dependencies enriched data if the number is small, and what does it mean when it’s negative?
Thanks!

In enrichment if the value is negative, it means the in-group’s (the context being assessed for enrichment) mean is less than the out-group (all other lines).

As for retrieving the cell line viability data, you can download the files from the downloads section of the portal. For example for CRISPR, the normalized gene effects are in CRISPRGeneEffect.csv. For RNAi, the largest normalized dataset file is D2_combined_gene_dep_scores.csv

Thanks,
Phil
