Hi I’ve been using data from the expression public 20q2 set, where there is one measurement of gene expression for each cell line. I am interested in comparing gene expression levels to each other, across different cell lines, however this analysis requires more than one value for each cell line. Is there anywhere I can find every measurement of gene expression for a cell line (I assume the values in the data file are averages of many measurements )? Thank you!

I don’t really understand what you mean by value, when you say “many values”.
But the values you see on our expression matrices are not averages of many experiments. Each cell line’s expression profile comes from one RNAseq experiment only.
