Hi, I am wondering if researchers can avail a set of cell lines for their research upon request? The intent is to screen few selected small molecules. Alternatively, are there any resources/services to get this done? I am specifically interested in AML cell lines.
The DepMap project doesn’t have the capability to distribute cell lines. We can only refer people to where we obtained them.
We should be listing the source in the sample_info file that’s available for download.
