Hello,
I downloaded pharmacological profiling dataset from CCLE named ‘CCLE_NP24.2009_Drug_data_2015.02.24.csv’, but there is a column named ‘ActArea’ which I assume is ‘Activity Area’. Shouldn’t ActArea be less than 1 since ActArea is 1-AUC. But there are values greater than 1 in the column. I would be grateful if someone could answer this.
