The custom analyses Beta function appears to be broken? I’ve tried a couple different permutations and it gives a warning, see below:

Hi, I noticed that the TP53 Hotspot and damaging mutations data for some cell lines don’t match what’s been previously published in the literature. Is there any way you could double-check this data? I can send the names of the specific cell lines I’m referring to.
