Could you please update the 23Q4 annotation for the ACH-000190 HDMYZ cell line?
In the 23Q4 DepMap release, HDMYZ is annotated as “Myeloid/AML”.
In DSMZ and Cellosaurus the cell type for HDMYZ is “non-Hodgkin lymphoma”:
DSMZ Origin: established in 1991 from the pleural effusion (rich in Hodgkin/Reed-Sternberg cells) from a 29-year-old patient with nodular sclerosing Hodgkin lymphoma (stage IIIb) refractory to therapy

We believe this line was initially misclassified and have reclassified it as is consistent with Cellosaurus “Problematic cell line: Misclassified. Originally thought to be a Hodgkin lymphoma cell line, but seems to be an acute myeloid leukemia cell line (PubMed=29533902).” If you believe this to be incorrect or have any additional information, please let us know.
