The model.csv table contains important annotations such as breast cancer ER, PR and HER2 status which does not seem to be in context manager. However the context manager has information such as extensive MSI/MSS calls which are not in the model.csv table.
Is there one place where all of the current model annotation data are now?
The short answer is no, today there is not a single place in the UI where all annotations are visible.
We’re in an awkward in between state as we are moving from our old model of annotations to a new model. We’re getting pretty close to being able to fully move over to the new annotation model, so I expect the next release we’ll have fully switched.
Once we’ve moved, all annotations which are present in Models.csv and ModelConditions.csv will be visible in data explorer and context explorer with the same names as they appear in those files.
