For example the info on the bottom left of the page: EGFR DepMap Gene Summary

ligand, small molecule etc. I am after this info for all genes/proteins in the genome.

This information is coming from https://cansar.ai/ and they have given us an API key to retrieve it.

We actually don’t have this information for all genes/proteins stored, but rather we query it on the fly whenever someone looks at a gene page.

You’d have contact the maintainers of CanSAR to find out about the feasibility of getting the full list.
