I am trying to replicate the 25Q2 Chronos Gene Effect Scores using the Raw CRISPR screen data for the 3 libraries, the 25Q2 readme file describing the step by step Achilles Pipeline and this GitHub Repository. I have been able to generate Gene Effect Scores with a Median Pearson correlation coefficient across cell lines of 0.87 and across genes of 0.76 to the published 25Q2 scores.
I was wondering if I could get access to the full code for the 25Q2 and 25Q3 pipelines to exactly replicate the pipeline that was used to go from the raw CRISPR screen data to the published Gene Effect Scores?
