When navigating to the Overview tab of IGHG1, the following message is displayed:
Sorry, an error occurred.
It appears what’s going on here is that this gene is one which we don’t have any CRISPR, or expression or CN data for. As a result most of the tiles that show up for most genes are disabled on this page, and the only tile that is shown is the protein tile card based on data from canSAR.
However, there’s appears to be a problem fetching anything about this gene from canSAR, which is where that error is coming from. (This appears to be a general problem with the portal and not limited to this one gene.)
I’ll follow up on the integration with canSAR, which will fix the “Sorry, an error occurred.” message. However, even after that is fixed, the rest of the page will still be blank as we don’t have any data for that gene.
