In previous releases of the cell line annotation table (e.g. Cell_lines_annotations_20181226.txt) there are doubling times provided for a decent number of cell lines. Good question! The answer to 1 is “not reliable at all.” Different assessments of doubling time for cell lines varied wildly. So, for right now, there are no plans to publish doubling times.
